MOE versus MC

The MOE was determined using both the 3PB machine (Figure ) software and the tensile machine software (Figure . The MOE has decreased with increasing MC, again with a slight dip at the bone dry state. HDPF is 10-15% stronger at the lower MCs and stronger at high MCs. THe MOE as calculated on the Tessile tests are approximately 20% lower than that calculated from the 3PB tests.
